I want to expand my business.
The client called me asking what I could do to help expand their business. They have a successful physical location where they sell hair extensions and want to expand their brand to the online marketplace while also accomodating their current customer base with online orders and local pick-ups.
eCommerce Site Integrating with Facebook Market
We built the site with WordPress and WooCommerce and wanted to roll out the red carpet in terms of comprehensive marketing.
Utilizing WooCommerce we are able to track their inventory through the integration of square and Facebook so that no matter where products get purchased, the inventory will always be up to date.
This helps maintain their product management as well as showcasing a cross-platform business performance.
Facebook Ads Optimization
Once the website and Facebook integration were properly optimized and tested out. We wanted to both work on creating extensive Facebook Ads for the product.
Through specific audience targetting and A/B testing, we were able to create four markets within 20 miles of the location for which we can promote a sale.
5 Days in, we minimized the A/B testing and focused on the stronger platforms while managing the budget appropriately to ensure a larger ROI.
